This is something that a reader called Austin brought to our
attention a few months back and it's a great way of building a
second residual income over a long period of time, simply by helping
people save money on the their household bills such as Gas,
Electric, Internet and mobile phones.
As with all our front page reviews, we try and feature different

Not only that, but this is an award winning company, that has a
fantastic reputation, and even if you don't fancy promoting them,
they're definitely worth having a look at as a consumer because the
average annual saving for a Utility Warehouse customer is over £800
per year. So it's definitely worth a look-in, especially at
the moment, what with the global economy being like it is.
So what
is it?
Ok, well as you'll see from the little piggy picture
about, the company is actually called The Utility Warehouse Discount
Club - or UWDC for short, and in addition to having excellent rates
on Gas, Electric, Internet and Phone lines, they also offer a 5% cashback Mastercard where you can get money back on things like your
weekly shop at Sainsbury's, DIY essentials from Argos and even your
petrol for the month, so by being a customer of UWDC you get loads
of little financial bonuses to help save you money each month.
So how
can I make money from this?
Well you may not have heard of Utility Warehouse,
and that's because they don't spend hundreds of thousands on
advertising, instead they sign up what are known as "Distributors"
and this is where you can make some money.
It does cost you £199.75 to join, but don't think
that this is a "dead wood" fee, as you get a MASSIVE box turn up at
your door a few days after joining that contains your welcome pack,
and this has loads of marketing and sales literature, customer sign
up forms, a couple folders, a few DVD's all sorts. Pretty much
everything that you need to get started.
You also get your own Utility Warehouse website -
but you need to sign up two customers before you do this, but don't
worry you can sign yourself up, and if you don't think that
you can sign anymore people up, then you are looking at the wrong
business!
Having all of this stuff it still no good if you
don't know what to do with it, but don't worry they've thought of
that too and they provide you with a number to call where you can
book yourself on a FREE half day induction and training course that
tells you all about the opportunity, and they host them all over the
UK.
As an added bonus, you can even get your hands on a
brand new Mini Cooper or even a Porsche Boxster, which is something
totally unique for a referral scheme like this.
I need to point out at this stage, that this is one
of the easiest things to promote, because all your doing is asking
people to save money on their bills, once they've signed up, you get
percentage of what they spend on their Utility Warehouse bill each
month.
So for example - if you signed up someone for all
the services, including the cashback card, each month their bill
could come to around £500 and as a rough average lets say you earn
5% of that, that's £25 per month off just 1 customer each month for
the life of that customer, and don't think that people sign up and
leave, UWDC have the best customer retention rates in the industry.
You also get a paid a commission of around £40 whenever you
sign up a distributor, and when you sign up 12 people you get your
initial £199.75 joining fee refunded to you.
You really need to take a look at their site,
because if you referred just 1 person a week over the period of a
year, you'd have built a monthly residual income of over £1000 per
month, and that's just referring 1 person a week. Imagine if
you were doing 5 per week!
This isn't in anyway a get rich quick scheme, this
is a serious part time business that has the power to yield great
returns, simply by showing people how they can save money on their
bills, it really is a bit of a no brainer.

So who
would do this?
Anyone can do this. So far we've had reports
back from stay at home mums that get nattering at the school gates
that have signed up as many as 4-5 people a day, simply by
mentioning that she's saving nearly a grand a year. We've also
had University students getting as many as 50 sign ups over a
weekend by stopping people in the shopping centres and supermarket
car parks. And because you are not asking people to spend
money, and in fact, your saving them up to £1000 per year, you'll
find that you could probably go just about anywhere shouting "Who

incredibly easy to get going, and the only reason it doesn't get a
full 5 Buttons is because it's more of an offline money maker,
although it is very easy to promote on the internet if you know how.
